The dress is brand new, tags still on the dress and has not been altered at all. I have not even tried it on. We were going to have a large wedding and then decided to elope. I did not want to be in a formal dress. Very beautiful and in perfect condition. The picture was the store dress that was tried on before we even ordered the dress.
